- Set up ride hailing and payment before drinks or a late finish.
Make the return card
Keep the hotel name, Chinese address, phone number and nearest station in one screenshot. Share the plan with a companion when relevant.
Verify the last train locally
Metro hours, entrances and holiday operations vary by city, line and date. Use the named city operator or station notice rather than a nationwide travel-blog estimate.
Keep a second last mile
A ride-hailing account can fail because of registration, payment, pickup restrictions or connectivity. Retain a staffed taxi or hotel-contact fallback and enough power to show the address.
